First company started in 1972, as Star Bullock and Associates, Inc, by Starmanda Bullock an Art director, Graphic Designer, Art Historian and well known Artist. Of, Course the company has definitely changed by then still dealing with Advertising, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Signage, Fabrications, Motion Graphics and Digital Art production. This organization primarily operates in the Advertising, Promotional, and Trade Show Services business / industry within the Business Services sector.

Our Story
In 2008, Dr. Starmanda Bullock pass over her company to her daughter Raven Featherstone. Ms. Featherstone is a long life designer and cross-disciplinary artist. She has her BFA in Graphic Design from Howard University and her Master of Arts degree in Digital Arts from Maryland Institute College of Arts (MICA). Also, MFA from Pratt Institute in Computer graphics. Featherstone relaunched her family business in 2022 as Star Bullock and Associates, LLC. Featherstone continues to work as a designer, cross-disciplinary artist and an a Exhibitor in the DMV area, while still running her company.
